Each aircraft has a unique serial number linked to its complete test log and traceability records.

Q: How do you ship internationally and what packaging standards do you follow?

A: We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and air/sea freight. All units are packed in EPE foam-lined aluminum flight cases meeting IATA standards for lithium battery transport (UN3481 compliant). Each case includes shock-absorbing suspension, fire-resistant battery barriers, and desiccant packs. Express delivery reaches most destinations within 3-10 days; sea freight takes 15-30 days. We handle export customs clearance.

Q: What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?

A: We offer a comprehensive drone warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the airframe, motors, flight controller, gimbal, camera, remote controller, and charger.
